“Since introducing the GT 10 to our herd, the cows have performed better, had lower cell counts and fewer mastitis and never been happier!”

Brad Wren – Strathmerton.

A golfing champion in our midst.

I would like to Congratulate Julie Daniel on an oustanding effort in winning the National Holden Scramble womens championship in Queensland recently. A great effort, we at Malijo are all very proud of Julie's achievements.

Attached is a photo the winning team.

New Addition to the Malijo Consulting Family.

I would like to formally introduce the newest memeber to the Malijo Consulitng Family, Crooksley End Steadytopsy. As many of you are aware, she was purchased at the North West stars of the future sale late last month. We purchased her in conjunction with Brad and Leesa Windridge of Windyridge Holsteins in Leitchville.

November Production Figures

Attached below is a copy of the past few months production numbers for the Malijo Consulting Group. We are still holding production pretty well, and have recovered from the the heat a couple of weeks ago, the challenge now being hanging onto solids production and getting cows in calf.

Average production figures for October 2012

Attached is a copy of the Average Production figures for the Malijo Consulting Client base for the month of Oct. It has been a fantastic month with many herds now peaking well into the 30's, with 3 herds pushing up into the 40's for herd average.

Its important to note that on average our herds rarely get less than 120-150 DIM, as opposed to where we used to be historically with seasonally calving herds. Making 35 litre average production very pleasing, well done to all.
